Shorts Factory is a private, personal-use application operated by its owner. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide public user accounts.

Google and YouTube data accessed

After explicit authorization by the owner, Shorts Factory may access Google / YouTube information needed for its video workflow, including channel identity, video and upload metadata, publishing state, and YouTube Analytics data. When separately authorized for upload access, Shorts Factory may upload videos that the owner has explicitly approved for publishing.

How the data is used

Google / YouTube data is used only to operate Shorts Factory for its owner, including reconciling uploaded videos, monitoring publishing state, viewing analytics, preparing a publishing queue, and publishing owner-approved videos.

Storage

Application state, YouTube identifiers, publishing records, analytics snapshots, and OAuth credentials may be stored on the owner's private infrastructure as required to operate the application. OAuth credentials are not intentionally exposed through this public website.

Sharing and sale

Shorts Factory does not sell Google user data. It does not use Google user data for advertising, and it does not intentionally share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to communicate with Google / YouTube APIs requested by the owner.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for the owner's private workflow and project records. The owner may revoke Google account access at any time through Google Account permissions and may delete locally stored application credentials or related project data from the private infrastructure.

Security

This public website is informational only. It does not host the Shorts Factory application, accept user uploads, expose the private media library, or provide access to the owner's local infrastructure.

Changes

This policy will be updated if Shorts Factory's use of Google / YouTube data materially changes.
